For the fourth edition of CAVITIES, we attempted to democratise the joys of pastry by heading into the kitchens and minds of some of India's most celebrated chefs to dig out personal recipes of their favourite go-to cookie.

Packed with striking food photography, intimate candids with chefs after a long day spent in their kitchen, and an array of recipes, this issue offers insights and inspiration for all — whether professional pâtissiers, passionate amateurs, or just those who can appreciate the magazine for the labour of love it is.
