Shipping Policy & Packaging

  • Each order is carefully packaged to preserve the quality and integrity of our products during transit, ensuring a perfect experience upon arrival.

Out-of-Mumbai Deliveries (Within India)

  • Shipping & Packaging Charges: ₹450
  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 working days
  • Delivery Timeline: 4-6 working days
  • Express Delivery: Available starting from ₹3,000 (cost may vary based on order size and shipping distance)

Local Deliveries (Within Mumbai)

  • Cakes: Delivered on the selected date and time at checkout.
  • Chocolates & Confectioneries: Delivered within 4-5 working days.
  • Delivery Charges: Based on serviceable pin code.

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed. However, in exceptional cases, we offer store credit valid for 3 months.

Refund & Replacement Policy for Damaged Products

  • Should your product arrive damaged, we kindly request that you provide clear images of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Our team will carefully review the claim and, if validated, offer store credit for the value of the damaged product within 15 days.
