Our signature summer truffle is a refined exploration of tropical coconut — layered, textured, and quietly complex.It unfolds in three movements: bright lime with tonka and vanilla; a soft, lightly salted coconut ganache; and a base of Goan cashew praline, finished with a trace of sea salt.
Crafted over four days, each truffle is encased in a deeply toasted coconut shell for a delicate crunch.

SAVOR: Our truffles are best enjoyed at cool room temperature. If refrigerated, allow them to sit out for 5-10 minutes before serving to let the textures soften and flavours open up.
For the fullest experience, let the truffle melt slowly on the palate — allowing each layer to reveal itself in sequence.

STORE: The truffles is best stored either in a wine cellar fridge (16-18c 60%RH) or in the warmest part of a home fridge (top shelf on the door side). When stored properly, they can be enjoyed over 7–14 days.
Once opened, keep away from strong scents, high humidity, and direct sunlight.
NOTE: Temperature fluctuations may cause melting or an appearance of a whitish fat bloom on the Truffles. Once cooled chocolate taste and texture are unaffected, and it is safe for consumption.
