SAVOR: Our bonbons are best enjoyed at a cool room temperature. If refrigerated, allow them to rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving. This allows the textures to soften and the flavours to fully open up.

STORE: The bonbons are best stored in a wine cellar fridge at 16–18°C and 60% RH, or in the warmest part of a home refrigerator, preferably on the top shelf towards the door.
When stored properly, the bonbons are best enjoyed within 7–14 days.
Once opened, keep the bonbons away from strong scents, high humidity, and direct sunlight.

NOTE: Temperature fluctuations may cause the chocolate to melt or develop a whitish appearance known as fat bloom. Once cooled, the chocolate’s taste and texture remain unaffected, and it is perfectly safe to consume.
