SAVOR: These fine couverture chocolate truffles are best enjoyed slowly. Allow the chocolate to warm gently on the palate before chewing. This allows its subtle aromas and complex flavours to fully unfold.

STORE: The chocolate is best stored in a wine cellar fridge at 16–18°C and 60% RH, or in the warmest part of a home refrigerator, preferably on the top shelf towards the door.
For the best experience, enjoy within 3 months of the date of production, indicated on the back of the box.
Once opened, keep away from strong scents, high humidity, and direct sunlight.

NOTE: Temperature fluctuations may cause the chocolate to melt or develop a whitish appearance known as fat bloom. Once cooled, the chocolate’s taste and texture remain unaffected, and it is perfectly safe to consume.
