Rice Crispies are the one childhood treat that I feel most nostalgic about and at Ether I am taking the opportunity to bring them back!
‘Praline Crispy’ is a coming together of two favorites: the rice crispy and the hazelnut praline. What results is a phonemically comforting and nutty confection, which I further balance with flaky sea-salt and toasted hazelnuts.

DIMENSION: 14.5cm x 11cm x 2.7cm
STORE: Once opened the rice crispies are best stored either in a wine cellar fridge (16-18c 60%RH) or in a cool, dry cabinet. Keep away from strong scents, direct sunlight, and most importantly from high humidity as this might make the rice soggy and unappealing.
