With the ‘PB & J Crispy’ I wanted to lean into the idea of the perfect
all-american childhood confection. It is a crunchy salted peanut
butter rice treat, dotted with bursts of sweet strawberry. With the
conspiring notes of nuts, fruits and cereal it is all at once so simple,
yet so layered.

STORE: Once opened the rice crispies are best stored either in a wine cellar fridge
(16-18c 60%RH) or in a cool, dry cabinet. Keep away from strong scents, direct sunlight,
and most importantly from high humidity as this might make the rice soggy and
unappealing.
INGREDIENTS: Toasted Puffed Rice, Honey, Peanut Butter (Peanut, Vegetable Oil,
Salt), Inverted Sugar Syrup, Strawberry, Glucose, Pectin, Citric Acid, Freeze Dried
Raspberry, Salt.
