Rice Crispies are the one childhood treat that I feel most nostalgic about and at Ether, I am taking the opportunity to bring them back!
‘Vanilla Crispy’ is my take on the original rice crispy treat I loved so much. In my version, however, I turn down the clawing sweetness and add rich flavor notes from vanilla bean, almond, and flaky sea salt.

STORE: Once opened the rice crispies are best stored either in a wine cellar fridge (16-18c 60%RH) or in a cool, dry cabinet. Keep away from strong scents, direct sunlight, and most importantly from high humidity as this might make the rice soggy and unappealing.
