Single Origin Tanzanian Dark
Toasted Coconut, Dark Chocolate & Sel de Mer
Inspired by the sweet yet slightly salty scent of Mumbai monsoons this fudge is a layered experiece in tropical coconuts, fine Tanzanian dark chocolate and sea salt.
It is made in the 'methode a' l'ancienne'.

DIMENSION: 7.5cm x 18.5cm x 1.7cm
SAVOR: While eating, allow the scent to travel up to the nose to best immerse in the experience of this fine chocolate fudge.
STORE: The fudge is best stored either in a wine cellar fridge (16-18c 60%RH) or in the warmest part of a home fridge (top shelf on the door side). It is best enjoyed 6 months from the date of production found at the back of the box. Once opened, keep away from strong scents, high humidity and direct sunlight.
NOTE: Temperature fluctuations may cause melting, an appearance of a whitish fat bloom or misshaping of the fudgesticks. Once cooled fudge taste and texture is unaffected, and is safe for consumption.
